S103-E-5252 (22 December 1999) --- One of the STS-103 astronauts inside Discovery's cabin took this electronic still camera's (ESC) image of a full moon backdropped against the blackness of space over Earth's horizon. The top of the captured Hubble Space Telescope (HST) appears in the frame.
