JSC2001-02306 (22 August 2001) --- Astronaut Ellen Ochoa, STS-110 flight engineer, uses the virtual reality lab at the Johnson Space Center (JSC) to train for some of her duties aboard the Space Shuttle Atlantis. This type of computer interface paired with virtual reality training hardware and software helps to prepare the entire team to perform their duties during the 13th shuttle mission to the International Space Station (ISS).
