STS-114 Shuttle Mission Imagery

JSC2002-00851 (17 April 2002) --- Astronaut Soichi Noguchi, STS-114 mission specialist, floats in a small life raft during an emergency bailout training session in the Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory (NBL) near the Johnson Space Center (JSC). Noguchi, who represents Japan’s National Space Development Agency (NASDA), is attired in a training version of the shuttle launch and entry suit.
