JSC2002-E-27722 (3 July 2002) --- Astronaut Soichi Noguchi, STS-114 mission specialist, attired in a training version of the Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU) spacesuit, prepares for an altitude verification test in the 11-foot chamber in the Crew Systems Laboratory at the Johnson Space Center (JSC). William (Willie) Warson with ILC Technology Inc. assisted Noguchi who represents Japan’s National Space Development Agency (NASDA).
