S114-E-6421 (3 August 2005) --- The blackness of space and Earth’s horizon form the backdrop for this image featuring the nose of the Space Shuttle Discovery while docked to the International Space Station. A portion of a Station truss is visible at bottom left. The image was photographed by astronaut Stephen K. Robinson, STS-114 mission specialist, during the mission’s third session of extravehicular activities (EVA).
