JSC2002-01943 (21 October 2002) --- The STS-115 crewmembers are briefed by United Space Alliance (USA) crew trainer Bob Behrendsen during a classroom session of water survival training at the Johnson Space Center (JSC). Pictured are astronauts Brent W. Jett, Jr., Christopher J. Ferguson, mission commander and pilot, respectively; Joseph R. (Joe) Tanner, Daniel C. Burbank, Steven G. MacLean, and Heidemarie M. Stefanyshyn-Piper, all mission specialists. MacLean represents the Canadian Space Agency. Nikolai M. Budarin, Expedition Six flight engineer representing Rosaviakosmos and an interpreter joined the crew for the briefing.
