S115-E-05514 (12 Sept. 2006) --- Astronaut Joseph R. Tanner, STS-115 mission specialist, connects cables from P1 to P3 lower utility tray during the Sept. 12 space walk, which he shared with astronaut Heidemarie M. Stefanyshyn-Piper. The two participated in the first of three scheduled STS-115 extravehicular activity (EVA) sessions as the Atlantis astronauts and the Expedition 13 crew members join efforts this week to resume construction of the International Space Station.
