JSC2008-E-142568 (14 Nov. 2008) --- Flight controllers watch the big screens from their consoles in this overall view of the space shuttle flight control room in the Mission Control Center at NASA's Johnson Space Center during launch countdown activities a few hundred miles away in Florida, site of Space Shuttle Endeavour's scheduled STS-126 launch. Liftoff was on time at 7:55 p.m. (EST) on Nov. 14, 2008 from launch pad 39A at NASA's Kennedy Space Center.
