Curbeam, Jr. (foreground) performs a sharp-edge inspection of a payload in the cargo bay of Discovery during the Crew Equipment Interface Test (CEIT) activities at the Kennedy Space Center (KSC). Astronaut Stephen K. Robinson is in the background. The Manipulator Flight Demonstration (MFD) payload is one of several that will fly on the STS-85 mission.
