STS095-E-5041 (10-30-98) --- PANSAT, a nonrecoverable satellite developed by the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in Monterey, California, is silhouetted against a sunglint effect on ocean waters below, following its deployment from the cargo bay of the Earth-orbiting Space Shuttle Discovery.
