ISS010-E-24987 (19 April 2005) --- Cosmonaut Sergei K. Krikalev (background), Expedition 11 commander representing Russia's Federal Space Agency, and astronaut John L. Phillips, NASA ISS science officer and flight engineer, participate in a familiarization session with the Mobile Service System (MSS) and hands-on experience with the Canadarm2, or Space Station Remote Manipulator System (SSRMS) in the Destiny laboratory of the International Space Station (ISS). The two new arrivals are scheduled to spend several months aboard the orbital outpost. Krikalev will be the first Station inhabitant to serve two terms onboard.
