JSC2004-E-44641 (8 October 2004) --- From left, cosmonaut Salizhan S. Sharipov, Expedition 10 flight engineer representing Russia's Federal Space Agency: Russian Space Forces test cosmonaut Yuri Shargin and astronaut Leroy Chiao, Expedition 10 commander and NASA ISS science officer; are followed by their backup crew during an early morning jog down the Walkway of Cosmonauts near their crew quarters in Baikonur as they prepare for their upcoming launch to ISS aboard a Soyuz spacecraft. Chiao and Sharipov are scheduled for a six month stay aboard the orbiting complex while Shargin will spend eight days aboard the Station and return to Earth with the Expedition 9 crew members.
