ISS012-E-05933 (24 October 2005) --- Astronaut William S. (Bill) McArthur Jr., Expedition 12 commander and NASA space station science officer, talks to students at Tomioka Elementary School in Urayasu City, Chiba, Japan during an amateur radio session. McArthur was in the Zvezda Service Module of the International Space Station for the session.
