International Space Station Imagery

JSC2005-E-46636 (5 Dec. 2005) --- Astronaut Jeffrey N. Williams, Expedition 13 NASA space station science officer and flight engineer; and cosmonaut Pavel V. Vinogradov (obscured), commander representing the Russian Federal Space Agency, are submerged in the waters of the Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory (NBL) at the Johnson Space Center. Williams and Vinogradov are wearing training versions of the Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU) space suit. Divers (out of frame) were in the water to assist the crew members in their rehearsal, intended to help prepare them for work on the exterior of the International Space Station.
