JSC2006-E-11329 (27 March 2006) --- The Soyuz TMA-8 capsule was mated March 27, 2006, to its booster in preparation for the March 30, 2006, (Kazakhstan time) launch carrying Expedition 13 crew members, astronaut Jeffrey N. Williams, NASA International Space Station science officer and flight engineer; cosmonaut Pavel V.
