JSC2008-E-035403 (19 April 2008) --- A Kazakhstan farmer herds cattle across the tarmac at the Arkalyk airport in Kazakhstan. Arkalyk was used as one of the helicopter staging areas for the landing of the Soyuz TMA-11 spacecraft carrying NASA astronaut Peggy Whitson, Expedition 16 commander; Russian Federal Space Agency cosmonaut Yuri Malenchenko, flight engineer and Soyuz commander; and South Korean spaceflight participant So-yeon Yi.
