 high res (0.4 M) low res (77 K) | ISS003-E-8279 (7 December 2001) --- One of the Expedition Three crew members aimed a digital still camera through a window on the Russian segment of the International Space Station (ISS) to record this image of rendezvous operations with the Space Shuttle Endeavour. With six astronauts and a cosmonaut aboard, Endeavour was very near the point of docking at this point. Viewing of the shuttle in this scene is almost obstructed by the Soyuz vehicle docked above it. |
