Culbertson, Jr., Expedition Three mission commander, speaks from the podium in Hangar 990 at Ellington Field during the STS-108 and Expedition Three crew return ceremonies. Seated (from left) are cosmonauts Mikhail Tyurin and Vladimir N. Dezhurov, both Expedition Three flight engineers representing Rosaviakosmos. The STS-108 crew delivered the Expedition Four crew and supplies to the International Space Station (ISS) and brought the Expedition Three crew back to Earth.
