ISS033-E-017915 (1 Nov. 2012) --- NASA astronaut Sunita Williams, Expedition 33 commander, participates in a session of extravehicular activity (EVA) outside the International Space Station on Nov. 1, 2012. During the six-hour, 38-minute spacewalk, Williams and Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency astronaut Aki Hoshide (out of frame), flight engineer, ventured outside the orbital outpost to perform work and to support ground-based troubleshooting of an ammonia leak.
