JSC2013-E-087833 (15 Sept. 2013) --- At their Cosmonaut Hotel crew quarters in Baikonur, Kazakhstan, the Expedition 37/38 prime and backup crew members prepare to raise the U.S., Russian and Kazakh flags Sept. 15 in a traditional ceremony.
