Onufrienko, Expedition Four mission commander, prepares to be submerged in the waters of the Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory (NBL) at the Johnson Space Center (JSC). United Space Alliance (USA) crew trainer Lou Carfagno assists Onufrienko with the training version of his Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU) space suit. Onufrienko represents Rosaviakosmos.
