 high res (1.7 M) low res (85 K) | ISS005-E-16964 (9 October 2002) --- This close-up view of the Space Shuttle Atlantis was photographed by an Expedition Five crewmember onboard the International Space Station (ISS) during rendezvous and docking operations. Docking occurred at 10:17 a.m. (CDT) on October 9, 2002. The Starboard One (S-1) Truss, which was later attached to the station and outfitted during three spacewalks, can be seen in Atlantis’ cargo bay. |
