Michael Foale (left), Expedition 8 mission commander and NASA ISS science officer, and European Space Agency (ESA) astronaut Pedro Duque of Spain participate in the traditional raising of the flags at the Cosmonaut Hotel as preparations continue for their launch to the International Space Station (ISS) on the Soyuz TMA-3 vehicle from Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
