(Bill) McArthur, Jr., prime and backup Expedition 8 mission commander and NASA ISS science officer, respectively, raise the American flag outside the Cosmonaut Hotel in a traditional ceremony as preparations continue for the launch of the Soyuz TMA-3 vehicle.
