JSC2003-E-59333 (20 October 2003) --- This overall view of the station flight control room (BFCR) in Johnson Space Center’s (JSC) Mission Control Center (MCC) was photographed during rendezvous and docking operations between the Soyuz TMA-3 spacecraft and the International Space Station (ISS). The Soyuz, which carried astronaut C. Michael Foale, Expedition 8 mission commander and NASA ISS science officer; cosmonaut Alexander Y. Kaleri, Soyuz commander and flight engineer representing Rosaviakosmos; and European Space Agency (ESA) astronaut Pedro Duque of Spain, docked with the station at 2:16 a.m. (CDT) on October 20, 2003.
