JSC2003-E-60908 (18 October 2003) --- As European Space Agency (ESA) astronaut Pedro Duque (left) of Spain; cosmonaut Yuri P. Gidzenko (right), former International Space Station (ISS) crewmember; and astronaut C. Michael Foale (center frame), Expedition 8 mission commander and NASA ISS science officer; look on, cosmonaut Alexander Y. Kaleri, Soyuz commander and flight engineer, signs his name to the door of his room at the Cosmonaut Hotel crew quarters in Baikonur, Kazakhstan, prior to departing for the launch pad.
