JSC2002-00599 (19 March 2002) --- Cosmonaut Valery I. Tokarev, Expedition 9 flight engineer, waves as he is about to be submerged in the waters of the Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory (NBL) near the Johnson Space Center (JSC). Tokarev, who represents Rosaviakosmos, is wearing a training version of the Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU) spacesuit.
