JSC2004-E-19922 (21 April 2004) --- Fred Gregory (far right), NASA Deputy Administrator, and Nikolai Moiseev (second from right), Russia’s Federal Space Agency Deputy General-Director, answer questions from reporters along with other space officials representing Russia’s Federal Space Agency at a news conference April 21, 2004, at Russia’s Federal Space Agency Mission Control Center outside Moscow following the successful of the docking of the TMA-4 spacecraft to the International Space Station (ISS).
