JSC2004-E-19926 (21 April 2004) --- The Expedition 8 and 9 crews and European Space Agency (ESA) astronaut Andre Kuipers of the Netherlands are viewed on the front screen of the Flight Control Room at Russia’s Federal Space Agency Mission Control Center outside Moscow April 21, 2004, in a televised welcoming ceremony following the docking of the Soyuz TMA-4 spacecraft to the International Space Station (ISS).
