This video was taken as the Space Shuttle Atlantis crew prepared to come home by performing flight control surfaces and reaction control systems hot-firing tests. The STS-104 crew, along with the Expedition Two crew, installed and outfitted the U.S. Joint Airlock, Quest, during it's stay at the International Space Station.
