Question: Is there still a plan to have Hamm radio gear aboard future STS flights and on the International Space Station? If so, is there a timeline available.

Answer: Scott,
Great question. We have flown Hamm gear on the shuttle several times in the past few years. The crew on a flight must be Hamms before the gear is manifested to fly on the shuttle. They love to talk with folks as they fly over the Earth. The next flight STS 93, which is scheduled to launch on or about July 22. ISS will eventually have the same type of equipment on board as well.
