JSC2003-E-32526 (29 April 2003) --- A close-up view reveals the gloved hand of an astronaut working with a special tool while using a precision air-bearing floor in the Systems Integration Facility at Johnson Space Center (JSC) to approximate some of the conditions of an in-space extravehicular activity (EVA) that might be called upon to repair damaged thermal tiles on a space shuttle.
