STS-91 Shuttle Mission Imagery

S98-05702 (9 April 1998) --- Cosmonaut Valery V. Ryumin (right) and astronaut Janet L. Kavandi are assisted by suit techs at the Systems Integration Facility at Johnson Space Center. Ryumin is donning the training version of the shuttle launch and entry garment and Kavandi wears the thermal under garment for the suit yet to be donned. The suit-up came prior to a training session in the crew compartment trainer (CCT-2). Both crewmembers are mission specialists, with Ryumin representing the Russian Aviation and Space Agency.
